1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
2. Packaging
Vials are supplied as lyophilised powder, nitrogen-flushed and sealed, and packed with protective material to prevent breakage in transit.
3. Delivery times
Standard domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Any customs duties or import taxes charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Undeliverable and lost parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer’s cost. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it.
7. Damaged goods
Report any damage in transit within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the vials. We will replace confirmed transit damage.
8. Temperature
Lyophilised peptide powders are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit periods. Store vials at -20°C on arrival, protected from light.
