01

What you need for a first order

Four things. Everyone forgets the second one.

1
The peptide. A 5 mg or 10 mg vial is the standard first size and is enough for a full research run of most compounds.
2
Bacteriostatic water. The powder in the vial is lyophilised (freeze-dried). You need BAC water to reconstitute it. It is not included and it is not optional.
3
Insulin syringes. 31G, 1 mL, with half-unit or unit markings. One box covers a full run.
4
Alcohol prep pads. Sterile 70% isopropyl. One per puncture, every time.
02

Which compounds people start with

Most first orders are one of these. They are the best documented and the easiest to handle.

BPC-157The most common starting point. 5 mg vial, reconstituted with 2 mL of BAC water.
Tirzepatide / SemaglutideGLP-1 class. Start with the smallest strength and titrate. 5 mg and 10 mg vials are the usual entry sizes.
GHK-CuCopper peptide. 50 mg vials. Typically ordered alongside BPC-157.
Bacteriostatic waterOrder at least one 10 mL bottle per two peptide vials.
03

How to reconstitute a vial

Work clean, work slow, and never shake the vial.

1
Wipe the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the BAC water bottle with an alcohol pad. Let it dry.
2
Draw the desired amount of BAC water into the syringe.
3
Insert the needle through the stopper at a slight angle and let the water run down the inside wall of the vial. Do not spray it directly onto the powder.
4
Swirl gently between your fingers until dissolved. Never shake — shaking denatures the peptide.
5
Label the vial with the date and the concentration you mixed.
04

How to read the syringe

A U-100 insulin syringe holds 100 units per 1 mL. The unit markings are what matter, not the millilitres.

Work out your concentration first5 mg peptide + 2 mL BAC water = 2.5 mg per mL, which is 25 mcg per unit.
Then convertDivide the dose you want by the per-unit amount to get the units to draw.
Write it downTape a note to the vial. Nearly every dosing mistake is a forgotten concentration.
05

How to store it

1
Before mixing: keep the lyophilised powder in the fridge at 2–8 °C, protected from light. It is stable for months.
2
After mixing: refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days.
3
Never freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it out of sunlight.
4
If the solution turns cloudy or has particles, discard it.

Common questions

Is BAC water included? No. Add it as a separate item — a 10 mL bottle reconstitutes several vials.
What does the COA mean?Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory. Open the report on any product page to see the purity and mass content measured for that lot.
How fast does it ship?Orders placed before cut-off ship the same business day from our US warehouse.
What if I order the wrong size?Start smaller. A 5 mg vial is cheaper and lets you validate your process before buying a larger one.
